invade.click is operated by the same crown as dethrone.click and nobility.click; payments are processed through the dethrone.click checkout.
invade.click is an entertainment service: a public map of 22 fictional nations β Europe, anno 1812 β each held by whoever last paid the most for it. Money buys exactly one thing, digital and delivered instantly:
A nation is not a reserved position: anyone may take it from you at any time by paying more than its garrison, and the money you spent is not returned when that happens. That is the entire game, stated on every page. Nothing sold here is a physical good, an investment, an advertising-performance product or actual land.
You choose the amount yourself before paying (the site shows the minimum required for a conquest); prices are in US dollars, all taxes included (TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI). Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
The service is fully performed immediately upon payment: your claim, fortification or conquest is executed and published at once. By purchasing, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal (articles L221-18 and L221-28 1Β° and 13Β° of the French Consumer Code). Losing a nation to a richer warlord afterwards is the service working exactly as described, not a defect, and gives no right to a refund.
Repelled attacks are the one exception: if a nation's garrison grows while you are in checkout, so that your payment no longer exceeds it when confirmed, your attack fails, nothing on the map changes for you, and your payment is refunded in full, automatically, to the card you paid with. The chronicle may still mock you. That part is free.
Everything you enter is public. We may edit or remove, without notice or refund, any name, battle cry or link that is unlawful, hateful, defamatory, infringing, deceptive, or that links to malicious content. The realm giveth, the realm taketh away.
The map and its chronicle exist for the lifetime of the site, which we operate on a best-effort basis with no uptime guarantee. If the site permanently closes, the realm falls with it. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us.
Write to us first at benoit.tessier64@gmail.com β most territorial grievances are resolved by email. In accordance with articles L611-1 ff. of the French Consumer Code, consumers may also resort to conventional consumer mediation (mediator designation in progress; details will be published here). These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protections of their country of residence.
Data controller: Benoit Tessier (contact above).
To run the game and deliver what you bought (performance of contract) and to prevent abuse (legitimate interest). Nothing else. No profiling, no advertising use, no selling of data.
Game data lives in a Supabase database hosted in the European Union. Payment records are kept by Stripe for as long as accounting law requires.
None. No cookies, no cross-site trackers, no accounts β the only measurement is the cookieless, anonymous visit counting described above. That is why there is no cookie banner. The realm does not spy on its subjects; it only takes their land.
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing, by emailing benoit.tessier64@gmail.com. Note that names and battle cries are published at your own request β if you want one taken down, just ask. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
